In a large saucepan brown the ground meat, drain off the fat, stir in the undrained tomatoes,the kidney beans and the tomatoe sauce, chili powder and onion.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simer chili mix for 10 minutes uncovered.
Meanwhile, in a small pot, bring the water to a boil and stir in rice, then remove and let stand for five minutes
Remove the rice onto plates, spoon the chili over the rice, top with chow mein noodles, and pineapple chuncks and grapes just off to the side of the plate.
This is a recipe for kids, adults love it too..if you like it spicier..just leave out some extra chili powder.

1 pound ground triple mix(beef,pork and veal...not the soil stuff)
1 14 oz can of diced tomato's
1 8 oz. can kidney beans,drained and rinsed

3 tblspn. soy sauce
2 tblspn chili powder
1 tblspn minced onion(dried or fresh)
1 and 1/2 cups water
