Description

A delicious crab cake..none better

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lump backfin crabmeat
  • 1 T mayo
  • 1 T worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 1 t old bay seasoning
  • 0.25 t salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 slices of bread,crusts removed

Instructions

break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk. add remaining ingrediants, shape into cake. fry in butter or broil til golden brown. prepare at least an hour before cooking and let sit..or they will not hold together

can eat as is or fix up a dipping sauce, like tartar or creole or whatever you lile
