The election results are in, but there's not a shred of mention on the Town of South Bruce Peninsula website, the Wiarton Echo is still leading with the report of unveiling the new high school plans, and even the newly relocated website for the kingpin of the underground is silent on it.

All I know at this point is the CFOS morning show reports the re-election of Carl Noble for another term as mayor; as for the rest of the standings, once the daytime traffic rouses him, Willie usually gives me a buzz over the wire to leak this sort of tasty town gossip, so stay tuned, I'm sure we'll once again have the full results to post later in the day.

Lovell Landslide

Over in more digitally dexterous Owen Sound, the early morning Sun Times congratulates Ruth Lowell who has won over 2:1 over incumbent Rick Beaney, and has just become the first female mayor for the city.
