I am going to take this time and opportunity to publicly thank Carol Poucher-Urbshott for her efforts. On her short time as a trustees she personally went to bat for me and I believe, and feel awful, that she ran into the same brick walls that I have suffered from running into. I think it was ironic and with some personal vindication when the Mended went public with its concerns.

I am remaining as quiet as my fingers will allow me too to keep my issues between the Board and myself just that. But post Carols resignation I was told by the Board that I cannot contact the Board or its Trustees any more regarding issues I have as a parent.

The Board has concerns that, as an employee, I raised some issues about "integrity", which apparently is why I am a former BWDSB employee. The last letter I got told me to cease and desist any communication with this government funded operation as the board, for some reason, believes I have initiated legal action.

As much as I would be justified to take this course giving a lawyer the opportunity to upgrade the sound system in his BMW just doesn't work for me. For two years I have said lets keep this between us and lets solve it. Carol was the only person who seemed to have wanted to solve this.
The BWDSB seems to have taken the "ignore and he will go away", and when that doesn't work threaten him and tell him he can't talk to us, even when he is a parent..

Thanks again Carol, I honestly feel we gave them enough chances, to be honest.
