Most likely you can read all about it in the Wiarton ECHO next week. Unfortunately, because their deadline is Monday noon, meetings on Monday make the next week edition at the earliest.
The Skewer
That's right cl1368, you can advise people to read about Council
in the "Echo", but you're better advised to wait
for the next issue, so you can read all the corrections
that are required. Then again, better still, talk
to almost anyone else attending Council to get ALL
the facts. It's one thing to make mistakes, but it's
quite another to use flowery language in describing
her favorite Councillor going on a "well deserved"
vacation...and then quoting him concerning Bill Jones
departure by leaving out the most important part of
his emotional OUTBURST....to wit... "We need to keep Bill Jones here, no matter what the cost"...this coming
from a self-described Business man???
CL1368...re-read the Council reports and ask yourself
if this is competent reporting!!!....unless of course
if you are not a little biased...Zodiac.

Well, does "all" mean the 1 correction recently admitted to when pointed out? If you attend Council, I'm sure you'd be hard pressed to hear everything and report it as un-biased as possible. Remember, that EVERY part of the report is edited by the ECHO prior to printing, and there has likely been a lot that has not made it in. The intent of any reporting is to get the word out. Must be working judging by the attendance recently at meetings.
Getting ALL the facts that you elude to versus what appears in paper in print is not always possible. I was glad to see that the ECHO did print the correction, minor impact that it had.
