I am sorry Dan O. but on reflection it looks like I did not clearly state my idea.
If a septic system needs to be replaced(ordered by the Health department)then the owner can use his/her own financial resources, or get Township sponsored assistance from a local Bank covering the replacement costs.The Bank takes a charge against the property and would extend the previously stated favourable terms for the loan because of the sponsorship of the Township.
However first things first. We should still press to have a workable septic sytem inspection program on the books for the south shore of Colpoy Bay.
