Happy 1st Anniversary
Happy 1st anniversary to Mama's Coffee Shop & Kitchen. It was on Good Friday last year when Sophia open doors and brought to our community very fine Italian bakery. Gary and I took the kids there Friday afternoon to visit and welcome their return after the long winter. It was 2:00pm and it was busy. Congratulations, Sophia and famly. Yous are still the community hub.
"You are looking great for someone who has been up and working since 5 this morning." I said to Sophia. "I am feeling good." she replied. Just like a performer on stage feeding off of the energy from his/her audience, the shopkeeper's spirit is kept high by the pleasant, warm welcome from her customers. Way to go, Sophia.

Just a quick note to say thanks for the wonderful warm wishes. We missed seeing everyone through the winter and so we were glad to welcome spring to Sauble Beach, and with it, the many friendly people we got to know last summer and through the winter.
