Don't say we didn't warn you, and I'm sure it will be all over the media this week: Hydro One has scheduled a bit of preventative maintenance that will knock out the electricity for two hours this coming Sunday morning, because they figured two hours planned is better than 8 or more sprung unannounced in the bush should the insulator actually blow ...

There will be a massive planned power outage from 4:30 AM until 6:30 AM Sunday morning that will impact a huge area of this region.

The power outage will stretch all the way from Tobermory in the north to Flesherton in the south and from Sauble Beach over to Woodford and will also include the entire city of Owen Sound.
