Now I feel I have to say something. I agree with Gary that no sensible solutions to the perceived situation were put forth by Mr Waugh in his article. He said everyone was blaming everyone else so no progress was made. Is that not blaming on his part. Also, this same Mr Waugh was a councillor here himself back in the nineties. Why didn't he and Vince Artuso solve the problem back then.
