Google ads ad-aware to its google pack

Well, this is an interesting little piece I overlooked a few weeks ago.Google has been quite a few things lately, most of it positive, mind you if you read Gary's piece there was a little bit of disappointment in what could have been.
Google has combined ad-aware in their "Google Pack" , which is a positive thing.I have tested various adware/malware spy removal programs..and usually every so often one swims ahead, spy bot search and destroy, then ad aware, Microsofts(which is a bit ironic since they allowed it in the first place) but always come back to ad-aware, especially with the latest release.
This is a MUST have for windows users, it will make your internet experience more enjoyable, if you insist on using windows..(or have to).
Combined with this in google pack is Adobe reader(for reading pdf files)Firefox with google toolbar, gallery player wallpaper, google desktop, google earth, google pack screensaver, google talk, google tool bar for internet explorer(stop those popups)Norton anti virus, picasa, real player and trillian.
Now.. I M H O these are all fine programs..but I find norton very bloated and memory intensive..and it is only a 6 month free, whereas I use AVG free edition and find it terrific for when I use windows, and did I mention its free?
Also I am not usually thrilled with real player, most of us who have been around these machines for awhile remember what real player used to do to windows..it would basically take over, the new one lets you customize to perhaps associate it with only .ram files if you wish.
