After the financial report by the appointed accountant, and the handling of all the businesses in the agenda, a <b>new board of directors</b> was elected. For the coming year, there will be 12 members on the board with positions being filled as followed:-</p> <p><b>President - May Ip<br /> Vice-president - Leanne West<br /> Treasurer - Karen Kuan<br /> Secretary - Kelly Galan<br /> Finance committee chair - Karen Kuan<br /> Building committee chair - Lorie Byers<br /> Programme committee chair - Joan Colley<br /> Personnel committee chair - Dawn-Lee McKenzie<br /> Fundraising committee chair - Leanne West<br /> Nominating committee chair - Kelly Galan<br /> Playground committee chair - Roberta Brignell</b></p> <p>The board helds its monthly meeting at <b>7:15pm on the last Wednesday of the month</b>, except in July and August. The meetings are open to public.
