BBQ Corn

Open the beer, light the BBQ.Get your corn and take all the husks and silk off.Mix a tablespoon of butter into 1/4 cup of olive oil.(This gives it flavour, without the fat).Have a sip of beer.
Put the corn on the BBQ and cook, turning frequently and brushing with the oil/butter mixture. This will take maybe 10 minutes.
Have another drink of beer.
The last 5 minutes you have an option,I have used all three spices, but the last one is now my favourite.
1)Sprinkle all sides of corn with montreal steak spice
2)sprinkle all sides with natural organic SPIKE available at health food stores.
3)sprinkle all sides with Chinese 5 spice(thanks May!)

15

Corn

butter

olive oil

spices to follow

beer
