Since 1996, Amabel-Sauble Child Care Centre has been the organiser of the event. This year, the centre also ran the face painting booth.</p> <p><img src="http://sbp.teledyn.com/images/userphotos/sandfesting_and_queen-285.jpg" alt="" height="240" width="410" /><br /> Despite that the morning temperature barely reached 2 digits, anxious parents from near and far arrived early at the beach for the opportunity to show off their prescious babies. Out of a total of 33 participants, judges Jay Kirkland, Debby Arnold and Rachelle Barker selected <a href="http://sbp.teledyn.com/node/view/285">3 lovable baby boys and 3 lovable baby girls</a>, who then competed for the titles of Sandfest King and Queen.
