SBP Councilor <i>Jay Kirkland</i>, returning judge <i>Debby Arnold</i> and 1982 Sandfest Queen <i>Rachelle Barker</i> did an execellent job on Saturday August 7.</p> <p>Among a total of 33 participants, the <i>lovable baby awards</i> went to: <i>Dylan West</i> from Etobicoke (0 - 6 months boy). <i>Hayley Barker</i> from Sauble Beach (0 - 6 months girl), <i>Jackson Perusini</i> from Burlington (7 - 12 months boy), <i>Lyndsay Williams</i> from Toronto (7 - 12 months girls), <i>Tyler Hood</i> from Hamilton (13 - 18 months boy) and <i>Brooklyn Mwenge</i> from Mississauga (13 - 18 months girl). Jackson and Lyndsay also won the titles of <i>2004 Sandfest King</i> and <i>Queen</i> respectively.</p> <p>Congratulations to all the cute babies and their proud parents.
