&lt;p&gt;Slowly it all takes shape, but it&amp;#8217;s not automatic either.  Another line, another service turned on, another small bug to solve and an inch closer to a launch.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What we&amp;#8217;re attempting here is simple enough on the surface, but in our case, we&amp;#8217;re trying to do it on a budget of nearly zero.  There&amp;#8217;s no publisher here, no big sponsors although we&amp;#8217;ll certainly keep the PayPal tip-jar in plain view&amp;#8212;taking this software from a single-site setup to a multiheaded open public service turns out to have it&amp;#8217;s share of spills and chills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#8217;s tedious and there&amp;#8217;s the usual heap of investigative detective work isolating the issues, but this is the easy part.  The hard part is left to everyone else: the story-telling.  I can build the book, I can keep ink in the pen, but it&amp;#8217;s all of you who must tell the story.&lt;/p&gt;
