 <description>&lt;p&gt; In a large saucepan brown the ground meat, drain off the fat, stir in the undrained tomatoes,the kidney beans and the tomatoe sauce, chili powder and onion.Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simer chili mix for 10 minutes uncovered.&lt;br /&gt;
Meanwhile, in a small pot, bring the water to a boil and stir in rice, then remove and let stand for five minutes&lt;br /&gt;
Remove the rice onto plates, spoon the chili over the rice, top with chow mein noodles, and pineapple chuncks and grapes just off to the side of the plate.&lt;br /&gt;
This is a recipe for kids, adults love it too..if you like it spicier..just leave out some extra chili powder.

&lt;p&gt;1 pound ground triple mix(beef,pork and veal...not the soil stuff)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 14 oz can of diced tomato&#039;s&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 8 oz. can kidney beans,drained and rinsed&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 8 oz can tomato sauce&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 tblspn. soy sauce&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 tblspn chili powder&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 tblspn minced onion(dried or fresh)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 and 1/2 cups water&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 and 1/2 cups quick cooking rice(I know I know..I prefer sticky rice but this is for kids)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;chow mein noodles&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pineapple chunks&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;seedless grapes&lt;/p&gt;
