 <description>&lt;p&gt;Despite the fact that more and more people are moving to the Beach each year, the student accommodation report for Amabel-Sauble Community School suggests that there will be a declined enrolment in the next 10 years.  The argument being: most new residents are senior and they do not move here with young children.  A very crucial chain effect has been neglected here.  Seniors need services.  As soon as &lt;a href=&quot;http://sbp.teledyn.com/node/view/10&quot;&gt;the problem with water and sewage&lt;/a&gt; can be solved, we are going to witness changes in the economic infra-structure of the Beach in order to accommodate a variety of services.  That results in opportunities for parents with young children who will have to, otherwise, remain in the big cities in order to feed their families.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yes, senior do not move here with young children.  However, young families do eventually end up here because of them.&lt;/p&gt;
